Scarves worked on during the olympics

the dye-olympics start soon…

So once again I am weaving like a mad person in preparation for two upcoming shows in September.  The fact that they are back to back weekends, makes me slightly crazy and I am sure it’s about to get crazier.
First is the Wisconsin Sheep and Wool festival Sept 7-9th.  So far I have lots of really white wool staring at me while I try to get some weaving inventory finished. I keep putting on one more warp and if I don’t stop soon, my booth will be a little less colorful this year. Also I have been weaving so much that my wenis hurts.  (My daughter assures me that this is what the funny bone part of your elbow is called.  And who am I to argue, I have others things to worry about.)
The following weekend is a wonderful local fair called the Driftless Area Art Festival, where I will be selling my handwovens, notecards and whatever jewelry I can pull together in short order.  Why don’t I get this all done in January and February, you might ask?  Beats me…
